Commercial Project experience:

Moonlite Construction Inc. served as a sub contractor for the remodeling of the  District Office.  This project includes work such as:  ceiling, t-bar,  taping, hot mud, sanding, texturing, and painting. 

Moonlite Construction Inc. was the prime contractor for the design build  of the new stairs and decks at the apartment complex located at  3710-3716 Indiana St.  Work included consisted of:  removal/disposal of  exsisting patios/stairs, re-construction of new patio deck, painting,  repair stucco, and design build a closed panel for utilities. 

Moonlite Construction Inc. was the prime contractor for work consists of  furnishing of all labor, materials, services and transportation, for the  gutting and reconstruction of the wood framed bathrooms. The work  includes wood framing walls, installing framed windows with insulating  glass, doors, installing gypsum board, painting the interior. Work also  includes installing commercial bathroom partitions, plumbing and  electrical systems. 

Moonlite Construction Inc. was the prime contractor for the restoration  of the apartment complex located at 913 Grand Ave. in the city of Spring  Valley. This project included work such as: drywall, texture, paint,  plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, ect.

Moonlite Construction Inc. was the prime contractor that provided  services for Dakota Management for the demolition and replacement of  exterior windows, waterproofing,  re-stuccoing, and painting on the  apartment complex located on 3423 Marborough Ave. San Diego, CA.

Moonlite Construction Inc. served as a sub contractor for the complete  renovation of Extended Stay America Hotels in the western region. Work  includes interior renovation, exterior paint, service calls, ect. Work  has been done on locations such as: Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and  other surrounding areas.
